Do you know anyone who is imperious? ==> I know imperious person and he is the vice president of my company. He is in charge of our division and he controls everything in this company. Sometimes he asks us to work late and asks to finish the work what we target a day. And sometimes he shout to us when we have a meeting with him. I don't think why he does like that. We are all adult and we are trying to effort for a work. I think it isn't a good method for developing our company. It's not his company but our company. Unfortunately he doesn't suggest us the vision of my company and he doesn't show the future of the company. So, many company workers in this company don't like him because of these reasons.
