When something slips your mind, how do you feel?

When I found that I slip my mind, I feel very sorry.
As you know, I am company worker.
So I have to work with my colleague.
And I have some appointment with my colleague while I am working in the company.
But I sometimes forgot some appointment and I didn't do something what I did.
I am older and older, I feel that my memory has limitation and the maintenance time is very short.
Because of that, my colleague disappoint to me.
So I try to write down the activity what I do in my computer.
I think it's one way that I don't take a mistake.

We sure are getting older and older, James. I have to admit that I forget about a lot of appointments, too. Crazy me! The thing here is that I sometimes don\'t want to make a To Do List. I just don\'t want to keep checking on the things that I need to finish because I feel so much pressure then. But of course, I have to. Besides, the feeling when we can already remove some items from our list is satisfying. What do you think?
