Have you sent someone packing? Relate your experience. Who are the people you would like to send packing? ==> I don't have any experience to send someone packing. In my case, I try to work together although I like to send packing someone. Most people want to work with someone that they can share their feeling. Some people they cannot do their role, it is hard to work together. But I try to understand their working ability and talk with them about the work. Despite of my effort, if they cannot improve their ability, it is difficult to work together. I would like to send packing those people.
