Such excessive efforts could not live up to their strong expectation that they are able to do well both inside and outside home. Rather, this situation might create some problems. A breadwinner who works extremely hard and spends no time with the family could be judged as a workaholic by other family members. At last, amidst the family's distrust, he or she could not achieve his official goal by losing the energy of life. That is why strategic and tactical approaches to handling the two major issues wisely are needed. As a strategic approach, we have to discern which is a main or supporting attack. It is natural family members' agreement and understanding should be preceded before making a strategic decision. Next, as a tactical approach, the head of household should share the leisure time with the family members. usually, tired breadwinners are easily prone to indulging in their own hobbies and rest, such as sleeping, meeting friends, playing golf, and so on. Family members would be better off spending time trekking, traveling, camping, plying some sports. Often saying and showing "love" to the family is better than a big gift in years.
