Marriage is not only a matter of a couple but also a matter of the whole family. A long time ago, there were blind marriages in Korean society, which the boy and girl were typically told to get married without a right to consent or dissent. With people getting civilized and enlightened, autonomous marriages began to emerge in our community. However, autonomous marriages have never offered any guarantees of love and respect in marital life. It is because their love could abruptly end up being cold and dysfunctional although they deeply fell in love with each other once. Accordingly, nowadays marriages are still evolving in some ways such as quasi-arranged marriages in Korea. Youths tend to rely on their strong emotion when making a decision, and they easily regret it. After parents, matchmakers and friends make introductions, the couple could date for a certain period and get married or not. I think that dating is a practice of receiving while a marriage life is a practice of giving love and respect. Everyone has attractiveness, so managing and deepening love is more meaningful than choosing love.

Sir [이름]^^

I remember, a few years ago, I and my friend talked about cohabitation.

Research shows that most couples who choose to cohabit before getting married have a higher chance of having a happier and

a more satisfying marriage.

However, my friend, who is a devout Christian, told me that marriage is a sign of responsibility.

Marrying the woman you love assures that you are eternally responsible for her^^

Wow! I actually felt goose bumps after hearing that~

On the other hand, I really go for the freedom of choosing the one we will get married to~

Let us just take things logically and slowly, instead of dealing with it emotionally *_*
