When it comes to my unique or special skills, I'd like to offer brainstorming, planning and counseling. First of all, I like to brainstorm with my coworkers and subordinates. Brainstorming is an excellent way to generate ideas and solve the problem. I tend to be good at leading brainstorming and finding out a better way. Secondly, I have a skill concerning planning , writing and forming a report. My report is very simple, clear, meaningful and profound. When I was in the army, I might have been acknowledged as a good writer rather than a good speaker. Lastly, I am a good listener and I am good at urging people to spill out their problems. Usually, I can perceive what they want to expose while talking to each other. I might be going to become a phone counselor in the near future. Skill is an ability that has been acquired by training and an ability to produce solutions in some problem domain. I long for developing skills about playing the guitar and painting a picture.
