When was the last time you put someone in your place? ==> I put my junior colleague in my place last week. Because he didn't work hard and didn't focus his work. So I scolded him about his attitude in the office. I hope that he change his mind, but his attitude for a work does not changed. I disappointed to him and I worry about that how he can change his mind. I know that it is very difficult to change their character. But If some people say he has a problem in order to work in the company,he has to think seriously that what kind of problem does he have. I don't like that I put someone in my place, but if I don't do it, another hard worker get damage because of him. So I have to do that kind of actions for our team members.
