I guess aside from the field that a person is at, it\'s really all about harnessing and developing the skill/talent that you have.

Having a talent is great but if you don\'t put it to good use then it is useless.

Anyhow, this is my point-of-view in this matter.

I think an innate talent plays the final important role in success on the last stage.

Everyone can reach certain level with individuals\' efforts including persistence.
