Have you thought about pulling up stakes? Why is that? ==> As you know, I am working in solar company. But before I came here, I worked in LED Lighting. At that time I was one of team leader there. When I worked there, It was really hard to work. Our sales person didn't sell our products because of higher product cost. I was in charge of development team, so I had to reduce the material cost in order to lower the product price. Our team members worked hard but the result was not good. At that time I hope to pull up stakes from my work.
