Furthermore, leaders who want to perform their successful leadership, they have to acquire and use a lot of information or intelligence directly or indirectly related to their jobs. When it comes to intelligence, we should deal with both information about our competitor and ourselves. In the business world, it is safe to say that a business is just the same as an information war. Therefore, it is not a secret that most big companies employ a huge group of industrial spies to survive in the business world. A tyrant possesses all intelligence alone, not holding it in common with his subordinates. At last, he ends up being collapsed because no one wants to give him real information due to fear.
