Thank you for always doing your best to write good essays.

I know that you put much effort in conveying your thoughts and I totally appreciate it.

In my opinion, working smart is far more valuable than working hard.

Working hard is good but you need to be smart enough to determine whether you\'re moving forward or is just running around in circles.

Running around in circles is called, \"rat race\".

Most people are trapped in this path without them realizing it.

They wake up in the morning; go to work; work hard the whole day; go home and then repeat the same routine in the next 50 years.

When they are old and grey, they realize that they wasted their time and didn\'t achieve anything.

When you work smart, you know that there\'s more to life than work.

You realize that your work or your position will not take care of you when you\'re sick or cheer you up when you\'re feeling down.

We all define success differently.

To me success is being able to use your talents and reach your full potential while having fun with your loved ones.

Anyhow, that is just my opinion.

When I was in elementary school all stories about success contained hard working stories.
