Literal meaning of 'no I in team' is true only when individuals' abilities or traits are not important and teams' entire outcome is the only important thing. For example, factories producing simple labor-intensive products only care about overall outcome rather than individuals' abilities. However, in many cases, individuals' traits are as important as whole teams' outcome since in general, superior individuals contribute to their teams well. Still, to maximize the teams' outcome, sometimes individuals should lower their voices. It could sound like a contradiction but actually outstanding individuals often choose to be invisible in their own teams. Those examples are easily found in sports. A good baseball player often hits into a double play even when that is bad for his/her personal season record. Therefore, the statement that 'no I in team' means when individuals' benefit and teams' benefit clash, individuals often choose to act for teams' sake rather than act for their own sake.

Hi, [이름]!

Thank you for rendering another wonderful essay.

I think your opinion in relation to this philosophical question is great.

It is true that when you are in a team, you should do your best to put the team\'s best interest first even if it means that you need to sacrifice a few things in relation to your personal interests.

Maintaining a low profile in a group is better because it\'s a way of controlling the stress and pressure that we get from our team members.

Sometimes, it\'s better to quietly work and allow our results to do the talking for us.

Anyhow, this is my perception about this matter.

I hope you\'re doing great.

I\'ll see you again tomorrow.

Take care always.
