You were exceptional as always.
I think a person becomes wise when he is able to learn from his experiences and apply what he has learned at present or in the future.
This does not mean that he becomes perfect but rather better.
Wise people share their knowledge and experiences to others in order to guide them.
Anyhow, this is my perspective in this issue.

I agree that being wise and smart are different and people need to reach one more step further from just being smart to be wise.
