How do you feel about people who are used to passing the buck? ==> I don't understand why someone shift the responsibility to another person. If team leader ordered something and his team member did that work, the team leader has to care his member although the result of work is not good. The man commonly likes to shift their mistakes to another person, but if they act like that it's not good situation. So I feel very angry if someone passed the buck to me about some work.
