I support that governments spend more money on improving public transportation. because it is more effective way for overall benefits. when governments spend same money I think it could be getting maximum benefits on improving public transportation than road. it is reasonable to spend money on the SOC that many people use like subways, intercity express trains. the more spending money on public transportation, the less traffic on roads. because as long as the more people use subway and train, the less people is on the road. that is why governments should spend money on improving public transprotation.
