I used to go to work even on weekends and holidays or stay within an hour away from the camp when I was in the army. That's why I felt very sorry for not having much time with my family at the time. Those special organizations such as the military, the police, the 119 rescue teams and even hospitals have to maintain their emergency preparedness. In those communities, leaders naturally want to be able to contact their staff at all times, even on holidays. However, without a doubt, all leaders and employers don't have to do that. Assuring staff's rest is recharging their energy to work hard and allowing them to spend more time with their family. In other words, no wonder energetic staff with supportive family work hard and make a lot of profits for the company. On top of that, those staff above could have an opportunity to try for their self-development, which would result in bringing something profitable into the company. Having said that, freedom without a certain amount of control could turn into license. Employers need to confirm what is likely to happen during every weekends and holidays in advance. Therefore, employers have to build up all-time operating system with staff.
