I think children who committed violent crimes should be tried like adults. I guess you can't sentence a seven-year-old kid to jail for beating on his/her friend. But I think once the children are old enough to know what they're doing, and when they cause serious damage, I think they should bear the full responsibilities for their act. It isn't fair for the victim when the person gets a minor sentence because of that one excuse that says they are young. They knew what they were doing, so they should have predicted the outcome of their act.
