I think people should listen other people's opinion to be productive and success. As a human, we are not perfect and easy to make mistakes. Even if we made a great plan at first, other situations can be changed or there is a chance to improve our first plan. However it's not easy to have a fresh and new perspective when we are not exposed to external stimulation. I don't mean that other's opinions are always useful. Sometimes we don't accept other people's opinion but we can still get different kind of perspectives. I often want to ignore other's opinion since it sounds like criticizing about me or my plan. I still think being denied or criticized is better than being stuck in my small own world though. What we need to success is the ability to distinguish useful opinions and to apply it to the right place.
