I think I am the second type of people.
I usually think the given advice makes sense, but I also have many excuses for not following good advice.
The main excuse for me is that I am lazy to follow the advice, I usually feel sleepy I need to take more rest than follow the advice and do something which may helpful for me taking the first step.
Second excuse is usually that I am to busy to change my life routine.
Third excuse may be that it is hard to continue to follow the advice.
The advice given by someone maybe it fit for that person's life style, or, it may because of the person is very hardworking people. but it maybe not usually fit for everyone.
