Not all opinions have same level of importance. Considering other people's opinions is usually helpful to make better decision or improve original thoughts. However not only listening others' opinions but selecting worthy opinions is important. There are numerous advice about how to get a good grade at test. When I was a middle school student, all those studying tips looked smart and useful. I tried to follow more than 5 tips and in the end I got no improvement. After the previous failure, I chose one studying tip which looked effective to me. After I weigh opinions and selected an opinion by my own criteria, I could get a better result. Based on my own experience, I think that weighing all opinions equally doesn't always work well.
