Remember that learning English requires action. One small action is more powerful than reading hundreds of articles. Yes, we know it is very hard to do things, even if they are good for us. 

I commend you for being so active and alert to listen and speak the language; continue that attitude because you can achieve many things in learning English.

why do people procrastinate?

Many people do work very hard. but some people don\'t. they procrastinate and do late.

 so their neighbor dont\' like their behavior.

I think that there are many reasons.

 first of all. the reason is that they have a disease like deperession.

>>First reason is that they are depress.
so they dont\' have energy. they arent\' motivated and couldn\'t do well

>>So they don\'t have  the energy the work , they aren\'t motivated and couldn\'t do well.
 2nd reason is that they are so familiar with their doing. he has been doing for long time. so he dont\' have willing about that.

>>Secondly, they got used to do their daily routine thus they lost their willingness to do the things that they have been doing for a long time.
 We\'ve got a vocation from God. so we have to thanks God and work hard.
