11/6 Tell me about your greatest challenge you were up against and how you overcame it.

I had worked as a kindergarten teacher for 10years.

I was there after
graduation.

Fortunatly, I was popular in there so I could work there for
a long time but I was wondering that I am a real good teacher.

 My school was so small.

I wanted to work better school however I didn\'t have any confidence.

Several times, I gave up moving to another school because I was so afraid that I could be a good teacher there.

 Finally, I got a chance to move to another school and I successfully tested myself well.
