I think in Korea, people are measured by their deeds when the evaluation is about their occupations. However in daily life, people explain things easily using someone's time of life. For example, when people talk about someone's academical achievement, people measure his/her deed and don't use his/her age as an important criteria. On the other hand, when people think they don't have to be strict, they often give some excuses using his/her age. At least, people measure others by their deeds in some official or job related areas and I think this is a good thing. In the past, many things were measured by people's years not by their deeds. A seniority system was quite common just 20 years before here. These days, most people agree that measuring someone by their years is not an efficient criteria. I personally think measuring by what people deeds is better than by their years.

Hi, [이름]!
I love this essay!
I honestly believe that a man\'s true worth can be seen through his actions.
It\'s not through his words nor his age but through his actions.
It\'s not through his words nor his age but through his actions.
That\'s what separates successful people from the ones who are not.
Anyhow, that is just my opinion. ^_^
I hope you\'re doing great.
See you tomorrow! :)
