I think wise people consider others more than just smart people. Smart people and wise people both have a lot of knowledge. For example, a smart person might know theories about how to deal with conflicts in working place. The difference between just a smart person and a wise person is wise person will consider not only theories but also other circumstances. In real life, theories can't be an enough tool to solve a problem. If employees complain about their wages, a smart person might try to adopt business skill he/she learned in school. However if the manager is a wise person not only a smart one, that person might try to understand why employees are dissatisfied. Many things are related with people and it's not easy to understand the whole picture if we don't try to consider others. Therefore wise people would naturally consider others well-being more than just smart people.

Hi, [이름]!
Thank you for taking the time to write an essay for today.
I agree that both of them are intelligent but a wise person\'s difference from a smart one is that, wise people apply their knowledge on a daily basis.
They use their experiences to weigh things.
However, smart people only rely on theories and knowledge and not on experiences.
That\'s it for today.
I hope you\'re doing great.
See you tomorrow. :)
