In comparison, It is a chance for a country or a city becoming developed. Only the government needs to concern is made the urbanization faster in order to accommodate more people.

In a few years ago people normally thought overpopulation is a problem for a country. China, India, Indonesia are the Top three overpopulation country.
And many years ago those country also thought their overpopulation was the problem. But, nowadays the overpopulation is one of the national competitiveness.
