Sometimes, there are conflicts of interests between individuals and community. For example, if a soccer player tries to do everything by him/herself, a team might lose. A soccer player who can make a good assistance when it is needed might be more valuable then a player who is just good at individual skills. This is because we can't solve everything alone but have to work out together with other people. However I don't think individuals always put groups' or communities' goals first than their own interests. Emphasizing only communities' goals can decrease individuals' will. I think one of the reason why socialist countries failed is that they ignored individuals' interests too much and only put communities' interests. I know always just saying is easy but finding a balance between groups' interests and individuals' interests well is the best answer we can have.

Happy Wednesday [이름]!

I hope this day is going great for you.

Thank you for writing this essay and explaining the importance of balance.

I agree that most of the time, people have the tendency to focus on a single side only rather than maintaining balance on both sides.

I think it\'s possible but many of us are selfish.

Anyhow, this is just how I see it.

See you again tomorrow.

Stay warm and safe. ^_^
