Ganghwa Island is located in the end of western of the South Korea, with the famous Mani-san(mountain) and very close to North Korea.
Ganghwa Island is a very historic place.
Many of the remains of the Bronze Age were found there.
There is also a grave called a Goindol which is a unique form of stone.
Also, it was a place that was attacked from the outside before the 19th century.
When I go to Ganghwa Island, I feel comfortable.
It is very quiet now because there are not many people living.
Because I am a Buddhist, I often go to the historical temple there and doing meditation.
On the beach of Ganghwa Island, you can see the sunset and the scene is very nice.
And you can eat fresh and delicious seafood.
