However, time is not much allowed. so I made a habit a checklist to communicate with my customers or coworker.

However my coworker or my superior had no idea about the menual. so I couldn\'t get the right direction.

I revised a menual so many times even in a weekend for 3months. It was the most hardest day in my working time.
