At that time military have a power control government. So they decide everything such as changing law, raising tax rate
So people resisted to government policy.
Kwang gu city is First place where democracy movement happen.
many innocent people who did democracy movement was killed by government soldiers
their sacrifice made this society to improve democracy
I am very proud of living this city.
