I want to tell you split by 3 ways for this question.
1) Give some chances to take a course for self-enrichment to all employees
Most employees need some proper courses in their own fields, because they should lose an interesting for their job at soon if they don’t take any education programs. Therefore, company try to make chances proper courses for employee’s enrichment and give them regularly.
2) Make an atmosphere to admire their own performances
I think that is the best way to increase staff productivity. Most company seems like to hesitate admire staff’s performances. If the company try to make an atmosphere to admire their good performances, they will be more productivity.
3) Give some benefits or profits
That’s an important factor as 2) as. Giving some profits are resource to increase their productivity.

I want to discuss this in 3 ways:
