Writing Composition:
Some people think that you can never become fluent in a language unless you have spent time living or working in that country. Do you agree?
I don't agree with the opinion. You can become fluent without spending time in that country. I am sure that living in that country can be helpful, but anyways you must spend lots of time to study about the language. And it's same in here. If you spend much time to study a forign language, then you would become fluent. Plus, you sholud study it proper ways. Only spending tons of time can never be the solution, you must know how to study it first.
