HOMEWORK: How important is good customer service when you are returning your item? Please explain. I didn't understand well about this question. But I will try explaining it. I think good customer service includes not only shopping service also returning service. Even if to refund items seemed decreasing of money now for a shop, it will be a new chance of get a steady customer. I think that it's up to customer service. If a clerk gives a good service to a customer, the person has a good feeling about this shop. Then the customer will be a frequenter. Otherwise. however the clerk gives a best service while the customer is having shopping, It will fail if the clerk does bad returning service. Because the customer felt bad in last visiting the shop, so then he or she will never go there next.
