HOMEWORK: What was the last thing you returned or exchanged? Why? I often didn't refund anything even if I decided to refund them. It has some reasons like time dead-line and the receipt. But I had some special experience about it. It appeared one year ago. In August 2017 I bought a smart phone. It called Galaxy Note 7 which SAMSUNG lunched. I was so happy but it doesn't last a long time. Some users reported this phone about possibility of explosion. In the first it seemed a rumor, however it occurred many times. Therefore SAMSUNG had to recall the phone. So, even if I didn't want to return it because I liked this, I returned the phone. Finally I became an iPhone user :)
