I think the responsible for my helth is almost to me.

>> I think I am the person who is most responsible for my health.
The doctor helps me to take care of my helth.

>> Doctors help me to take care of my health.

But eventually, I\'m the one who do most of the action to take care of my helth.
>> However, I mostly have to take action in order to protect my health.
The people\'s helth can be protected mostly as following medical orders.
>> People can take care of their health by following medical orders.
So I think the responsible for the helth is almost to the person.
