I got in the graduate school because I want to erect my company that relate with my major.

So, I have a lot of concern about company operation, policy, and welfare of employees.

To my opinion, policies in company are really necessary somewhat.

Basically, time for attending or closing is very important to operate company with no trouble between employers and employees.

But, if employees comply these working times well, autonomous breaktimes are allowed to employees.

I think these breaktimes is helpful to raise productivity of individual employees.

Also, policies improving individual employees\' faculty have a lot of portion in productivity.
