Here\'s my answer with your question about the difference between using I and I am:

For \'I am\'- it is usually about what you are doing, thinking, feeling. ( It is usually used in telling your age, your nationality)

For example:

I am checking Lucia\'s homework.

I am hungry right now.

I am happy since it is sunny outside.

Note: I am can only be used in the present tenses. For past tenses, \'am\' should be changed to \'was\'.

\'I\' is more flexible. It could be talking about who you like, what you want, what you have. And it can be used in all tenses (past, present, future).

For example:

I like teaching students.

I want to have noodles right now.

I have my pen handy.

I went to the mall yesterday.

I will ride a taxi later.

third I felt sad from when I saw drama sad scene
and I heard a song word in mother or father

 lastly when I have usually than less sleep I\'m getting nervous
