I\'m usually inclined to fix a shortcoming which people point out.

because I always think success is the thing that I can\'t allow but other people can, I usually try to received other\'s critics.

After listening other\'s advise on my shortcoming, I usually accept their advise, and if I feel this advise is for me with sincerity, I fix my drawback toward advise somehow.

There is a one example of these effort.

When I studied English before 10 months, my professor told me that \"English study must not be done like this. you have to study only a one English book until reading that more than 100 times\".

I thought he acquainted that information on study for me.

Since that incident, I have studied English using a one book everyday until now.

As a result, my English faculty get higher considerably than the past.
