Regarding your question, when we ask \" How does being in nature make you feel?\", it also means \"How are you feeling when you\'re with nature?\". For example, what do you feel whenever you have a walk in a park full of trees or flowers or what  do you feel or how are you feeling whenever you go hiking or when you go to a beach?.

I corrected your sentences. I also like it that you feel good being in nature. However, I just couldn\'t get the connection of how making coffees make you feel good about nature. I think, it should have been more elaborated. But if you only want to say that making coffees make you feel good, then the correction I made should be correct. You can just remove the word \'nature\' from your original sentence.
