Because I\'m operation assistant in my graduate school, I have to process computer problem when arising in our major department.

Although it is not my work to resolve individual PC problem of professors, however, they ask me to fix their computer due to the reason that I know more knowledge on computer than other assistant.

If there are a few professors in our major department, it would be not problems for me.
