It\'s better to make simpler and more direct sentences.

It\'s okay to make short sentences.

As long as they have the idea of what you want to say, then, they would be perfect.

I have no idea about advantages of reading a book before going to bed.
>> I don\'t have any idea about what advantages there are of reading a book before going to bed.
Somebody say reading a book before going to bed help to fell in to sleep easy.
>> Somebody once said that reading a book before going to bed would make it easier for a person to fall asleep.
But when I read a book before going to bed and try to sleep, the story of the book spin aroud my head, and that disturbs to fall asleep.
>> However, when I try doing it, the story spins around inside my head and it keeps me from falling asleep.
And when I finally fall asleep, I dream about the story I read in the book.
>> When I finally fall asleep, I dream about the story that I read in the book.
It isn\'t the pleasant thing.

>> It\'s not pleasant for me.
