ESSAY: Many old buildings protected by law are part of a nation’s history. Some people think they should be knocked down and replaced by news ones. How important is it to maintain old buildings? Should history stand in the way of progress?
Some old buldings look so creepy and ruin the landscape. I think, those bulidings need to remodel or destroy. To choose which bulding protect and destroy, Goverment has to pay attention to this problems and try to solve it.
We have a traditional villige in the middle of Seoul city.
The villige was very outdated but City decided to make remodel not to destroy, After remodelling old buldings and houses, the villge has become a famous place among the tourists.
It is up to the citizens whether the buildings protect or rebulild.
