Well, If I understand the meaning correctly, then I feel not bad about conversations with older people.
>> If I understood it correctly, I don\'t feel bad when I\'m speaking with older people.
Conversation means talking, (Am I right?) and what bad things will happen if I talk to a people who is older than me?
>> Is there something bad that could happen if I talk to a person who is older than me?
Of course I feel a bit uncomfortable whill I talk with A older person, but it\'s feeling is similar with the feeling of when I talk to a person who I don\'t know.
>> Of course I feel a bit uncomfortable when I talk with an older person, but it\'s just like when I\'m talking to a person whom I don\'t know.
And when I get used to the person, I feel comfortable whil talking to the person.

> When I become more familiar with the person, I would feel a lot more comfortable.
