The most thankful thing is that I went to the picnic with people from the church, so that I could reduce the stress of anxiety when I saw the green nature.

 And thankfully the weather is getting better these days, so I feel not very cold.

 The last thing that I feel good is that I could have time to do my artwork, although it is very slow.
