Hello Jin Young. Thank you so much for this. If I\'m not mistaken, Paleo diet has become popular last year in Korea. I heard it a lot from some of my students.

Peter Thiel who is co-founder of PayPal and rich man in Silicon Valley said he have done Paleo diet in Bloomberg\'s interview, which don\'t eat milk, sugar, and wheat in order to have a good health and long life.

He have a lot of concern about long life while donating tens of millions dollars.

Paleo was derived from paleolithic which mean Old Stone Age.

Although there are many thesis on paleolithic dietary life before, professor Loren Cordain use Paleo diet first in his book.

He claimed that after agriculture society, body couldn\'t have adapted to abrupt meal\'s change, while people\'s gene is same with paleolithic people.

As a result, for health life and long life he recommend not to eat sugar, coffee, and wheat resulted from agriculture.
