I think cooking is good form for relieving stress.

When I was middle and high school, I usually interrupted for my mother to cook in a case that I couldn\'t focus on study and got stress.

Although I did it to solve boring feeling at first, it helped me forget stress and make happy.

While assisting my mother during cooking, I could talk with her a lot and have sense of achievement with completed food.

Also, there are some research result that cooking help stress relived and confidence increased so it have a effect decreasing negative thinking.

Aside from that, there are many advantage such as saving money or having a time with family like me.
