Because foods using potato have been developed in France, French make gratin food using potato and cream.

It has soft and sweet taste because of cream and potato, and if there is only a oven, this food can be made easily so it is representative food in France.

When I ate that with bread in restaurant in Korea for the first time, I could\'t forget this taste having soft and sweet flavor.
