Of course, heart-to-heart chat doesn\'t always solve a conflict ,rather it make state get worse.

When atmosphere go to worse state, I think heart-to-heart can make opposite effect.

So, it works well only in state where conflict is calm in some degree.

However, if people are afraid of having heart-to-heart chat due to possibility of getting worse, it is more for conflict to get worse.

The less to talk with others, the more conflict to be arose.
