Hello, Charlie!

It; good that you can easily fall asleep. However, it not in my case. I don\'t know why, maybe because of the  some factors like drinking too much coffee during the day. It somehow disrupts the pattern of a person\'s sleep. Anyways, I love coffee so I won\'t give it up but on the other had I also love sleep so I will also not give up on it! hahaha. Complicated, right?

 Most people I think what stops they from sleeping enough is phone.

It distrubs getting enough sleep.

Therefore, I think the worst part is using phone.
