When I went to mart while I was childhood, I buy a lot of things without thinking.

So, I usually made a humongous bill and usually got a scold from my mother because of it.

Because of these reason, she let me to make a list to buy things in order to reduce consumption.

It worked so well that I could reduce my consumption habit.
