I think successful proposal is to persuade other people so there are some methods for this. First, we should get good feeling from opponents who we should persuade. If they have not that, although we try to persuade other people, we can't do that. Second, we apprehend opponents' talking habit in order to transmit our proposal effectively. People automatically were attracted to similar talking habit with oneself. Third, because people make a decision by not rationality, but emotion. So, we grab other's emotion to persuade them.
